RETURNS:
PartsToSpray.com ships most orders the next business day after payment isreceived. We ship via UPS Ground where we estimate your items for domesticshipments to be delivered within 10 business days of your order date. Wewill contact you via the email you provide on your order if the lead time isextended more than 7 days. Once the order is processed and ready to ship,you will receive an email, to the email address you provided, directly fromUPS with a link to tracking information on your package(s). Orders areshipped complete unless otherwise agreed upon in advance betweenPartsToSpray and you the customer. We will accept returns for any defective products if you contact us prior toreturning the items and within 5 days from the date you received your items.We reserve the right to decide whether or not to have you return the item(s)for inspection. We also reserve the right to decide whether to replace thedefective parts or refund your purchase price including shipping at ourdiscretion. We will accept returns for new and unused items if you contactus within 5 days from the date you received your items for approval. Wereserve the right to deny any returns if items are shipped prior to writtenapproval from PartsToSpray. You, as the customer, are responsible for allshipping charges to return the items not covered by the manufacturer'swarranty. If items were shipped under the free freight policy listed aboveand the return is approved, the original cost of shipping the items to youwill be deducted from the amount of the credit that is given.
